Remember, we changed the name, but not the formula. While we legally can't claim that this herbal balm can “treat” or “heal” anything (remember, we’re not doctors), we can tell you it’s been a go-to for easing tension, soothing sore muscles, and calming irritation.

How to Use

Use before or after workouts, or whenever you are experiencing:

• muscle soreness
• bruises
• joint discomfort
• sprains or strains
• headaches (temples, neck, jaw)
• minor skin irritation

Apply directly to the skin. Massage in and carry on with your day. Reapply as needed.

Why These Herbs?

We infused this product with a powerful blend of botanicals:

Comfrey, Skullcap, Motherwort & Lemon Balm: Traditionally used to support wound healing, reduce inflammation, ease muscle and joint pain, and relieve bug bites. Comfrey also contains allantoin, which encourages skin regeneration and has been used topically to heal bruises, fractures, sprains, strains, and osteoarthritis.

Lavender: Offers calming, anti-inflammatory support and may ease discomfort while promoting relaxation.

Chamomile: Rich in apigenin (antioxidant), this herb helps soothe redness, reduce inflammation, calm irritation, ease skin sensitivity, soothe sunburns and scolds.

Why These Essential Oils?

We chose a blend of peppermint, clove, helichrysum, lavender, rosemary, and lemon, each known for their topical benefits. Combined, they create both a warming and cooling sensation and may help:

• relieve tension in muscles and joints
• improve circulation
• calm inflammation
• ease skin irritation or headaches

Cycle-Aware Tip

During your luteal phase, physical tension often increases, especially around the lower back, jaw, or neck. This balm is an excellent tool to keep on hand during this time, offering a natural way to support your body through hormonal shifts.

Storage Tips

Take it with you wherever you go but avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or hot cars. High temps will soften or melt the balm.
