At Pink Cloud Naturals, LLC, each product is handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

Why No Returns?

Due to the personal nature of skincare, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been delivered.

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches, and each one is made in-house. Because we oversee every step with care and intention, we’re unable to restock returned items.

Skin Sensitivities

We encourage you to read each ingredient list carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. While our products are formulated with nourishing, non-toxic ingredients, everyone’s skin is unique. We are not responsible for reactions due to individual sensitivities, allergies, or underlying health conditions.

Wrong Item Received?

If you received the wrong item in your order, please email lexie@pinkcloudnaturals.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the unopened product, and we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Pink Cloud Naturals, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on fulfillment status.
