Shipping policy

All orders are now processed and shipped from Southwest Virginia. We currently only ship within the United States.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Because each product is made in small batches, slight variations in texture or scent are normal and part of the charm.

During restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If this happens, we’ll share updates on our website and social media, so you’re never left guessing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders $99 and up, and this automatically applies at checkout, no code needed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Local Delivery / Pickup

We offer local delivery or pickup for select wholesale orders. If this applies to you, we’ll coordinate delivery directly. We also offer local pickup and in-person sales at local markets throughout Northwest Ohio and Southwest Virginia.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We’re mindful of waste and often reuse clean, repurposed materials to cushion our products during shipment. It’s a small effort that helps us reduce unnecessary consumption and we hope you appreciate the resourcefulness.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Pink Cloud Naturals, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier if this occurs.
