Return and Refund Policy
All skincare purchases are final.
We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
If you have any questions or need advice about skincare products, please contact us before you purchase to ensure the best fit.
Our products are handmade in small batches for maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. Additionally, we provide a full ingredient list for every product, so be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering, as Pink Cloud Naturals, LLC is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. It is helpful to perform a patch test before introducing any new products.
Regarding scents: we understand that everyone has a unique preference when it comes to scents and textures, however, as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. Our products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients, so to maintain product integrity, avoid adding water and store it in a cool, dry place.

Please note, as a reseller, our items are previously loved, which means they have been lived in. However, we inspect all pieces when curating our collection to ensure signs of wear are minimal. We therefore encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@pinkcloudnaturals.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
